Mabel has over 20 years of experience in dispute resolution and service management. She is an FMC-accredited Family Mediator since 2016 and Professional Practice Consultant (PPC).  She is an expert in complex child welfare and public law cases, having developed the UK’s first specialist model of Child Welfare Mediation.

Mabel is qualified in Child Inclusive Mediation and SEN Mediation, specialising in disputes involving special educational needs. With advanced training in working with families where alienation behaviours are being alleged and adopts a range of restorative solution-focused approached to help families resolve even the most challenging cases outside of the adversarial court process.

Becks is a Fully Accredited Consultant Family Mediator who joined the firm in 2022 following her training with us. A former solicitor, she chose to retrain in mediation after a career break to raise her family.

As a qualified counsellor, Becks brings an empathetic approach to her practice. Based in Bristol and working online, she specialises primarily in children’s cases, helping families move forward sustainable solutions

A former partner in a South West law firm, Peter began mediating in 2006. After transitioning from his career as a solicitor, he balanced mediation with a role as a specialist advisor for Citizens Advice before becoming a full-time mediator in 2020.

Peter is an FMC-accredited mediator, a Professional Practice Consultant (PPC), and is qualified in both Child Inclusive Mediation and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability). Based in the South West, he draws on his extensive legal and advisory background to help families navigate complex disputes.

An FMC-accredited mediator with over a decade of experience, Zalika has guided families through separation, divorce, and child arrangements across Surrey and London since 2013. Zalika is committed to fostering a professional environment built on empathy, integrity, and mutual respect.

As a trained Child Consultation Practitioner, she ensures children’s voices remain central to the mediation process, prioritising their welfare at every stage. Additionally, she holds extensive experience in facilitating equitable and sustainable financial settlements. Her collaborative approach helps clients navigate complex matters with clarity, empowering them to reach lasting agreements with confidence.

Malki has been part of the team since 2020 and brings over 15 years of experience to her practice. She is an FMC-accredited mediator. Her proficiency and integrity are highly regarded by both clients and legal professionals.

With a professional background in finance, Malki is well-placed to resolve complex financial settlements. She is also a qualified Child Inclusive Mediator and an Accredited SEN Mediator, specialising in child arrangements and special educational needs. Malki focuses on guiding couples toward tailored, practical decisions that support their unique family requirements through separation and beyond.

Bayla is an Accredited Family Mediator and has been practising in family Mediation since 2001. Formerly Bayla qualified and practised as a Solicitor for the majority of her career. Bayla also has a degree in Economics.

Bayla’s background means that she is able to clearly explain any legal and technical aspects of divorce. Bayla is qualified and experienced at seeing Children as part of the Mediation process.

Bayla is a compassionate mediator who strives to help parents find a positive way forward.

Tim joined the team in late 2024 following his qualification into mediation. Coming from a professional background in education, he brings extensive knowledge of family dynamics, neurodiversity, and working with children with SEND.

Tim has undertaken over 180 hours of mediation practice across both children and financial cases. Registered with the Family Mediation Council and working toward full accreditation, he is deeply committed to the positive impact mediation can have in helping clients resolve conflict and move forward with their lives.

An FMC-accredited mediator, Imogene has been practicing since 2010. Fully accredited in all-issues mediation, she draws on a successful former career in quality assurance to provide a structured and professional service.

Imogene is experienced in both financial and children’s mediation, with a strong commitment to child-inclusive practice. Her approach is kind and caring, focusing on facilitating clear communication to help parents reach lasting, child-focused agreements.

Lisa joined the team in 2023 and is an FMC-accredited mediator. A former family solicitor with over 30 years of experience, she trained as a mediator in 2017 and achieved accreditation in 2019.

Lisa is highly experienced in both children and financial mediation, with a specialised expertise in complex financial cases and farming families. Also a qualified Child Inclusive Mediator, she combines a warm, empathetic style with the professional neutrality and technical skill required to reach successful outcomes.

Fran has been an FMC-accredited Family Mediator since 2023 following a career as a commercial solicitor. Her legal expertise is complemented by extensive voluntary experience, including work with Citizens Advice, school governance, and prison rehabilitation.

Fran is also a qualified Child Inclusive Mediator. Outside of her professional practice, she enjoys gardening and walking her two dogs, and spending time with three children who are now young adults.

Nicola joined the team in 2023 and is an FMC-accredited Mediator. She brings over a decade of experience in restorative practice and interpersonal conflict resolution, gained from working with diverse communities across the world.

Nicola offers a psychologically aware, child-focused approach, with significant expertise in navigating neurodiversity. She is particularly passionate about helping parents establish clear communication, boundaries, and expectations to ensure sustainable, long-term agreements. Based in our Plymouth office and working online, Nicola is dedicated to helping families move forward without the need for ongoing intervention.

Georgie has been a practising, FMC-accredited mediator since 2018. She is a former solicitor, trained in child-inclusive and is very experienced at dealing with complex cases and in-court mediation.

Her approach is kind, measured, and pragmatic. Having seen the stress of litigation firsthand, she is committed to helping families resolve financial and child arrangements constructively outside of court wherever possible. Currently training as a separation and divorce coach, Georgie provides a calm, non-judgmental environment in which clients feel supported to reach agreements that enable them to move forward with confidence.

Jill became an accredited mediator in 1998, initially alongside her work as a family-law solicitor. Drawing on her professional expertise and personal experience as a parent, she then delivered court-ordered courses for separated parents, which fuelled her passion for improving the lives of children. She has since trained as a psychotherapist, specialising in trauma. She is qualified in child-inclusive mediation.

Jill enjoys helping families to find practical solutions that make life less stressful in both financial and child-related cases, and provides a calming, approachable space for honest discussion. 

Based in the North, she is a mountain biker and hiker in her spare time.

Amanda joined us in 2025 after completing her foundation training in family mediation. Amanda comes from a therapeutic background working with couples pre and post separation.
