As one of the leading Mediation services in England and specialists in Child Inclusive Mediation we are seeing a large increase in court signposted/ordered mediation (we know that’s ordering mediation is controversial for us all).
Don’t let your clients make the mistake of seeing a mediator who isn’t fully accredited (FMCA after their registration number), and who isn’t CIM trained because we are seeing so many clients every week now who are having to repeat the mediation process with a fully FMCA accredited mediator, and one who is also specifically trained and qualified to deliver CIM.
